Annual Diocese Tuition Fees & Sibling Discounts
Annual Diocesan Tuition Fees can be paid upfront at the start of the year or as three equal payments in Terms 1, 2 and 3.
Sibling discounts apply to Diocesan Tuition Fees payable by a family. Families enrolling more than one child in a Catholic systemic school will automatically receive a 25% discount for the second child, 50% for the third child and 100% for the fourth and subsequent children.
Annual Diocese Building Levy
All families are required to pay the annual Diocesan Building Levy. This levy has replaced the various building levies that parents previously paid to school building funds (managed by either parishes or schools). The money collected from the levy is paid into a fund from which building costs and loan repayments for these schools are paid. The levy is not tax deductible.
Annual school-based fees
School-based fees charged cover the direct costs incurred by the school for resources, technology, subjects and compulsory activities (such as excursions & retreats for compulsory subjects, full-school pastoral incursions, careers day, picnic day, urban challenge, etc).
Acceptable methods of payment are by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, direct debit, BPAY, Postbillpay, credit card and Centrelink deductions.
Families who are unable to pay fees by the due date must contact the Business Manager as soon as possible. We are able to offer families a payment arrangement to pay school fees on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, over an extended time.
Families who are experiencing genuine financial hardship and are unable to fully pay school fees must contact the Business Manager as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a concession to families who submit relevant documents and attend an assessment interview. Please note that unless an assessment is done, you will be liable for full amount of school fees.
These matters will be treated confidentiality, and will not affect your child’s education.
Notice to withdraw a student
Please note that a term’s notice in writing must be given to the principal before the removal of a student or a full term’s fees will be payable.
